During my recent christmas visit, our stay exceeded expectations. The exterior double room was clean, and the location made exploring easy. The view from the roof bar was a highlight!

Front desk staff welcomed me warmly and offered help in several languages, which made everything smoother. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the metro and close to local attractions. The room had a nice layout but lacked a full-length mirror, which would have been quite useful. I stayed in an Interior Double Room, and while it was clean and comfortable, the air circulation wasn't great, especially since it was on the first floor. I could hear the reception and coffee machine starting up early in the morning, which wasn't ideal. Nonetheless, the hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, and when I needed an extra pillow during the night, the staff was responsive and accommodating. I felt like the hotel had great potential, but the minor inconveniences disrupt the experience.

the room was oddly small, and distubingly noisy from the interior. I was looking forward to relaxing by the pool, but surprise! It was closed! Absoultely no one informed me, which is just unforgiveable. Honestly, I almost thought about giving a good review, but was left feeling quite underwhelmed instead. Definitley not worth the hype.

Opt for a room on a higher floor for quieter surroundings and better views of the city.

Positive, Very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, even leaving our bags post-checkout. The location is a breeze with a metro nearby Great atmosphere overall. Would definitely go back! 😊

Clean room, friendly staff, with excellent amenities, and the seasonal outdoor pool was a refreshing way to unwind after a day of exploring. The convenient 5-minute walk to the Badal metro station made navigating the city a breeze.
